1. Terms and Definitions

This document constitutes an official and legal offer from DAILYODDS (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") to conclude an Agreement for the provision of consultancy services, according to the terms and conditions specified below. The complete list of services provided and their corresponding tariffs are detailed in the price list available on the website https://daily-odds.com.

• Offer: this document titled "Offer for the provision of consultancy services", published online at: https://daily-odds.com, which serves as an invitation to potential clients to contract the Contractor's services.

• Acceptance of the Offer: the unconditional and complete consent of the Client to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Offer, manifested by performing the specific actions detailed in Section 6 of this document. The acceptance of the Offer constitutes the valid conclusion of an Agreement between the parties.

• Agreement: a remunerated contract concluded between the Client and the Contractor for the provision of consultancy services, formalized by the Client's Acceptance of the Offer.

• Client: the individual or legal entity who accepts the Offer and thus becomes the beneficiary of the services offered by the Contractor under the concluded Agreement.

• Price List: the document that contains the updated list of services provided by the Contractor, along with the corresponding tariffs, published on the website https://daily-odds.com.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The subject of this Agreement consists of the provision of consultancy services by the Contractor to the Client, in the form of predictions regarding the outcomes of sports events, in exchange for a fee, according to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Offer.

2.2. The volume of services provided is determined by the service package chosen by the Client on the website https://daily-odds.com and may include the following options:

• 1 prediction: a type of prediction in which multiple events must occur simultaneously, intended especially for new clients;

• 1 prediction: a similar type of prediction, intended for regular clients;

• Access to predictions: predictions for 1-5 games provided daily, without the obligation to win all games, valid for a period of 30 days;

• Periodic subscriptions: access to predictions for championships or individual events, for a defined period.

3. Terms of Service

3.1. The result of the service provision consists of granting the Client access to the predictions regarding the outcomes of sports events, developed by the Contractor's analysts. The service is considered provided at the moment the Contractor grants the Client access to the respective predictions, according to the purchased package. The confirmation of the service provision is realized through an Email message to the Client or via the Telegram messenger, to the account from which the payment was made.

3.2. By accepting the terms of this Offer, the Client understands and agrees that the actual outcomes of sports events may vary and differ from the predicted ones, and the use of these predictions and any resulting financial consequences are solely the responsibility of the Client.

3.3. The Contractor does not engage in activities of accepting sports bets and does not operate as a bookmaker or gambling operator.

3.4. Predictions are published on the website as they are developed by their authors. The conclusion of this Agreement does not guarantee the Client the daily receipt of predictions, as these depend on continuous analysis and the availability of relevant information.

3.5. By accepting this Offer, the Client confirms that they have read and understood the Risk Statement available at https://daily-odds.com/risk and agrees that the Contractor is not responsible for any losses or damages (direct or indirect) suffered by the Client as a result of using the predictions obtained under this Agreement (including for betting and gambling) and that these losses or damages will not be compensated in any way by the Contractor.

3.6. The Client agrees not to publish or distribute on the internet the information received from the Contractor regarding the predictions of sports outcomes and not to use them for commercial purposes. In case of violation of this clause, the Client is obligated to compensate all losses suffered by the Contractor due to this violation.

4. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

4.1. The cost of services is determined according to the prices indicated in the Price List published on the website https://daily-odds.com.

4.2. The provision of services is carried out in full, subject to their complete (100%) payment by the Client. The Client pays for the services on the website https://daily-odds.com using the available electronic payment system.

4.3. The cost of services may vary depending on market changes and the internal adjustments of the Contractor. Changes in tariffs come into effect from the moment of the new Price List's publication on the website.

4.4. Services are provided within 3 working days from the confirmation of payment made by the Client.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Considering the provisions of clauses 3.1 and 3.2 of this Agreement, the Client agrees that in case of a discrepancy between the prediction and the actual outcome of a sports event, the amounts paid for that prediction will not be refunded to the Client. The service is considered provided from the moment the Contractor grants the Client access to the predictions of sports events via Email or Telegram, according to the purchased package.

5.2. If the Client refuses to receive the paid services after the Contractor has granted access to the predictions of sports events, the cost of these services will not be refunded to the Client, as the service is already considered provided by the Contractor.

6. Acceptance of the Offer and Conclusion of the Agreement

6.1. The Client accepts the Offer by making the advance payment for the services offered by the Contractor. This act of acceptance constitutes the unconditional consent of the Client to all the terms and conditions stipulated in the Offer.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Any information about the Client received by the Contractor is used exclusively for the purpose of providing services and improving their quality, as well as making the sports predictions service easier and more convenient to use.

7.2. By accepting this Offer, the Client agrees that the Contractor has the right to send the Client information, including advertising, through electronic messages. The Client has the right to refuse to receive such information by sending an email to the Contractor at the Contractor's email address.

7.3. The Contractor ensures that necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures are taken to protect the Client's information against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions by third parties.

7.4. In processing the Client's information, the Contractor is guided by the legislation in force in the United Kingdom and any other applicable regulations.

8. Validity Period and Changes to the Terms of the Offer

8.1. The Offer comes into effect upon publication on the website https://daily-odds.com and remains valid until the Contractor revokes it or decides to modify it.

8.2. The Contractor reserves the right to amend or revoke the Offer at any time, at its sole discretion. In the event that the Contractor makes changes to the Offer, such changes come into effect from the moment the amended text of the Offer is published on the website, according to clause 8.1, unless another effective date is specified.

9. Duration and Amendment of the Agreement

9.1. Acceptance of the Offer by the Client, performed in accordance with Section 6 of the Offer, creates an Agreement under the terms of the Offer.

9.2. The Agreement comes into effect from the moment the Client accepts the Offer and remains valid until: a) the fulfillment of the obligations of the Parties under the Agreement, or b) the termination of the Agreement, as specified in clause 10.

9.3. The Client agrees and acknowledges that any amendment to the Offer automatically incorporates such changes into the Agreement concluded and valid between the Client and the Contractor, and these changes to the Agreement become effective simultaneously with the amendments to the Offer.

10. Termination of the Agreement

10.1. The Agreement may be terminated under the following conditions: a) By mutual agreement of the Parties at any time. b) At the initiative of either Party, in the event of a breach by the other Party of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, with prior written notice to the other Party.

11. Warranties

11.1. By accepting the terms and conditions of this Offer through the Acceptance of the Offer, the Client assures the Contractor and guarantees that: a) they are fully familiar with the terms and conditions of the Offer; b) they fully understand the subject of the Offer and the Agreement; c) they fully understand the significance and consequences of their actions in relation to the conclusion and execution of the Agreement.

12. Other Conditions

12.1. The Agreement, its conclusion, and execution are governed by the current legislation of the United Kingdom, applicable to international commercial contracts.

12.2. Any notifications or communications under the Agreement may be sent by one Party to the other by email and will be considered valid and effective from the moment of transmission.

12.3. If one or more provisions of the Offer are, for any reason, declared invalid or unenforceable, this invalidity does not affect the validity of any other provisions of the Offer (Agreement), which remain in force and applicable.
